🚫 Motor Vehicles – Final Sales
All motor vehicle sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted after delivery, except in the event of an error on our part.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Vehicle Received
If the vehicle received has a major issue or was delivered in error :
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle.
- An evaluation will be conducted. If the issue is confirmed, an exchange, store credit, or partial refund may be offered, depending on the situation.
- Our supplier, who handles delivery, will be responsible for making these adjustments related to damaged or incorrect vehicles.
💸 Refund Terms
Refunds (if approved) are issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.
